 Registration dates:

Employees: 8:00am, Friday, November 15, 2019

CURRENT Families: 8:00am, Wednesday, November 20, 2019

NEW Families: 8:00am, Tuesday, December 3, 2019

*Registration CLOSES on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at midnight

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

a.    For every fall class, there is a spring class counterpart listed on the descriptions.

b.    Descriptions will state which classes are year-long and which classes you will owe tuition and/or material fees for the spring session.

CURRENT FAMILIES:  

a.    All of your children’s classes from the fall session will be pre-loaded into your registration carts.  You have the option to keep, remove, add or change times. 

b.    EVERYONE MUST CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM classes:  Once you have all the classes you want in your registration cart for all children, click on any CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM button next to the class title and the system will take you to the payment screen.  Once payment is made, the status of classes will change from Checkout to Confirm to ENROLLED.

c.     Carts will be EMPTIED on December 2, 2019 around 9:00pm if you haven’t confirmed classes, to allow space in classes for new families the following morning. 

NEW FAMILY INFORMATION:

If you are a new family to the spring session, create an account on our online registration portal:

https://account.thetimothyministry.org (You can also click LOGIN on our website and ONLINE REGISTRATION)

If you click on any of the REGISTER FOR CLASSES, it will take you to the online registration site.

a.    Under your student’s name, click on  CLASSES > REGISTER FOR CLASSES

b.    Once you have all the classes you want in your registration cart for all children, click on any CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM button next to the class title and the system will take you to the payment screen.  Once payment is made, the status of classes will change from Checkout to Confirm to ENROLLED.

REFUND POLICY

Since our financial budget is based on enrollment, parents are expected to commit to the program upon registration for the entire session. Refunds of tuition and material fees will not be given after registration. Exceptions will be made for families experiencing death, loss of work, or job transfer out of the area. No exceptions will be made for enrolling students in any other educational program.

Current families will use their current account and new families will need to create an account.  

OPEN HOUSE: August 6, 2019, 2:00-4:00pm

NOTE:

GAPS:  Be sure to fill in any gaps in your child’s schedule with one of the following:  study hall, student assistant, lunch, or student with parent. High School Students may not have more than 2 consecutive hours of B-Foyer Gap scheduled. 

 CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM:  Once all the classes for ALL your children are in your cart, select any CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM button to finalize registration.  Payment is due at this time and you may select to pay in full, or payment plan (divided into 6 payments).

 Registration carts are emptied periodically if not confirmed.

 DANCE REGISTRATION:  If your student is taking dance, you must FIRST register with dance to assure your time slot.  It’s merely a placeholder in our system to know their location while on campus (for security reasons or in case of an emergency).
