-Registration OPENS:

    Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 8:00AM for CURRENT FAMILIES (Those Enrolled in 2022-2023 classes)

    Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 2:00PM for NEW FAMILIES 

*PLEASE NOTE: Carts will be emptied of classes not confirmed before registration opens at 2:00pm for new families. To Confirm classes: Click CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM and make a payment. 

Registration CLOSES June 15, 2023

 

REFUND POLICY:

o   Since our financial budget is based on enrollment, parents are expected to commit to the program upon registration (registration is defined as status in class is “Enrolled”) for the entire year. Refunds for tuition and material fees will not be given after you have enrolled in classes.

o   We understand that classes close during registration, but please be mindful of this as you make your class selections at registration. Switching/withdrawing classes can jeopardize other classes and teacher’s jobs; therefore, parents will be responsible for the financials of the class added and dropped if you choose to switch or withdraw from classes after enrolling a student.  If a class is dropped and that seat can be filled, a refund may be given; otherwise, you are responsible for payment of the class. 

o   During the event of school closings or cancellations due to inclement weather, widespread illness, or other reasons, our commitment is to provide virtual instruction and resources in lieu of meeting on campus; therefore, refunds will not be given if you opt out of the virtual learning platform.

TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES:

1. Go to https://www.timothyministry.org Click LOGIN and then REGISTER FOR CLASSES.

Current Families will login to their current account and new families will need to create an account.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDERS:

*MATH PLACEMENT: Students who were not enrolled in Timothy Ministry math classes this year must take a math placement test in order to enroll for 2022-2023 academic math classes. Please RSVP for a math placement test by going to https://www.timothyministry.org/resources/mathplacement.cfm 

*GAPS: Be sure to fill in any gaps in your child’s schedule with one of the following: Study Hall (6th-12th), Student Assistant (7th-12th) Lunch or Student with Parent. High School students may register for up to 2 hours of B-Foyer Gap time.

*DANCE REGISTRATION: If your student is taking dance, you must FIRST register with Dance 4 His Glory to ensure your time slot. Timothy Dance Registration is only a placeholder in our system to know their location while on campus (for security reasons or in case of an emergency). K-2nd grade students must have a parent take them to dance classes and pick them up from dance classes. Our monitors are not able to transport students to or from dance. 

*CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM: Once you have selected ALL classes for ALL of your children, click any CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM button to complete registration. Payment is due at this time. You may pay in FULL or PAYMENTS (up to 6 payments, if you register in May.) If you do not enter payment information, you have not completed registration and your spot may be lost. 

* LUNCH OPTIONS:

-K-6th grade students must be enrolled in LUNCH BUNCH if eating lunch on campus.
 
-We will not have an option for family lunch on campus, but parents may pick up and eat lunch off campus with their child.
 
-7th-12th grade students will have lunch in the Fellowship Hall at either 11:30 or 12:00. 
 

*PARENTS ON CAMPUS: We welcome parents to serve as hall monitors or volunteer while classes are in session. However, we are not able to offer areas on campus for parents to work or sit with children who are not in classes. 

*HALL MONITORS: We would love to speak to you about a paid position as a hall monitor. This could help fund your child’s tuition as well as qualify you for early registration after you have served one semester. Please email us for details! An application is also located on our website.
