Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Timothy Ministry. Here are the next steps for prospective new families:

• Watch our Virtual Information Session
• Review the Parent–Student Handbook (We will post the 2026-2027 handbook once it's been finalized. We don't anticipate any major changes to the current handbook.)
• Complete the New Family Application
  • Deadline: April 17, 2026
• Ensure two references have been submitted
  • Deadline: April 24, 2026 At least one reference should be from a current Timothy Ministry family (if possible). The second reference should be from a former teacher (school or Sunday school).
• Submit the $50 application fee
• If accepted, register for classes
  • Registration opens: May (exact dates to be announced)

Important Notes

Admittance to Timothy Ministry does not guarantee class availability. Returning families register before new families, but we will do our best to help you build a schedule that meets your needs.

The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of acceptance.
