Enrollment Process for New Families

In order to enroll at Timothy Ministry, all prospective families must complete an online application and provide two references as part of the admission process.

Enrollment Checklist:

• Review the 2025-2026 Parent-Student Handbook
• Complete the New Family Application - Deadline: April 18
• Ensure two references have been submitted – Deadline: April 25 (At least one reference should be from a current Timothy Ministry family, if possible.)
• Pay $50 application fee
• Attend the Information Session & Orientation – March 25 at 10:00 AM (FBCW A-Building Auditorium) RSVP here.
• Both parents must complete and pass a background check (once application is processed and admittance accepted, you will be sent the background check to complete)
• If accepted, register for classes – Registration opens in May (dates TBA)

Important Notes

• Admittance to Timothy Ministry does not guarantee class availability. Returning families register before new families, but we will do our best to help you build a schedule that meets your needs.
• The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of acceptance.
